A Network on Gohio Commute defines a group of users. When you join Gohio Commute through MORPC, you become a member of the Central Ohio (MORPC) network, which is your parent network. Under the MORPC network is typically your employer's network, commonly referred to as a sub-network.
If a network is open to the public, anyone can join. However, please consider if it makes sense for your account to be associated with that network before joining.
