The Gohio help desk requires an account on our portal to submit a ticket. Follow these steps to begin:


1. To the far left of the Gohio Mobility Hub logo, click the SIGN UP button.

2. Give your full name and a valid email address. Click on the "I'm not a robot" checkbox. Follow the instructions for verification and click the VERIFY button.

3. Click the REGISTER button.

4. An activation email with the subject "Support Account Activation" will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Click on the link to complete registration.
