Adding Users to Your Network

There are a variety of methods for adding users to your network. They are not mutually exclusive, and each have their place in the landscape of user and network management. Here’s how to accomplish each:

Removing Users From Your Network

  1. From the very top menu, choose Manage. Under My Networks, you’ll see all of the networks you can manage.
  2. Choose the network you want to remove the user from.
  3. Under the name on the network page, you will see another menu. Choose the 'Members' tab.
  4. You will be presented with a table of network members. To the far right for each user is the button the remove.
  5. Click the remove button corresponding to the user to remove them.


This will not delete the user's account. Only the user or a Gohio Commute administrator can fully manage user accounts. 


Logging Trips for Your Users

Do you run a network that has a lot of remote workers or users that are not able to log their own trips? We now have two ways to do this. One is through Bulk Logging for your network, and another is through Logging for Individual Users. Check out the details here:
